I bought an item and had it delivered without any screws, caps, or the essential parts needed to assemble my gas heater, they have no contact number and the communication is poor. This website is a FRAUD. I pray I can receive a full refund having contacted them via email.

The prices here look very attractive and you might think you're getting a bargain. Sadly the addage 'you get what you pay for' rings true here. The greenhouse I bought was extremely poor quality and made of highly substandard materials. We had a professional builder assemble it and he expressed serious reservations about the quality of every part as well as the next to impossible to understand instructions. Once assembled it took less than a day for all the polycarbonate panels to blow out and the following day the entire structure was collapsing. DeubaXXL told me there is no warranty on rain or storm, but we didn't have either, just a blustery day. The result is a huge pile of scrap metal and polycarbonate panels that, just 2 days after construction, went to the recycling centre. The greenhouse is the most expensive mail order mistake I have ever made. Unfit for purpose, poor quality and backed by a customer service team who are not interested. Order at your peril.

There are many retailers online selling similar but far higher quality items. You might pay a little more but your purchase may last more than the day ours did. I'd seriously advise you use them rather than this company.

*Post script* I now see that these greenhouses have been removed from sale. Interesting. I tried to review the one I bought but the system said my email was not used to buy my greenhouse yet it absolutely was. It seems even Deubaxxl realise how poor they are.

I bought a Monzana gas fire. Very disappointed that I had to put it together and it was cheap and nasty. The connector hose had to be replaced to be compatible with the gas bottle, also the plastic knob to turn it on and off is very flimsy and isn't going to last 5 minutes. It was £78 plus delivery

Fast delivery and got all the parts but instructions were quite hard to follow as only found in German and the instruction does not mention applying glue or anything. Bought the polycarbonate greenhouse 6x8 with base, which was quite hard to assemble as it took a week. Sadly, the wind blew out the sheets, will build it again with glue but in hindsight, should have just bought an expensive glass greenhouse.

Well, how awful are the products from this company. I purchased two storage containers at 45 UK pounds each, one broke when clicking in the hinges, and one panel broken on assembly. I have contacted them to see what they can do in this instance, but as its over 14 days since I purchased them I don't know what they will do to help me. I would not purchase these again, they are flimsy and not suitable for use. On contacting Deuba they quickly agreed that the products should not have been like this and issued an immediate refund in total. Very pleased with the way they handled the problem, and would buy from them again, just not these items.

1. This form is in German. It is VERY difficult to log onto the service site.
2. My order is missing four essential parts (GS-6) therefore I am VERY unhappy and would not recommend DEIBAA to anyone.

Ordered for 2 parcels on the 10/12/22 and just received one, with no information about the other. Highly disappointed. And no contact number to give a call.Please when do I receive my other parcel??

If I could I wouldn't have even give them one Star, but I had to to write a review, DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, or should I say COMPANY absolutely useless, crap, once they have your money they don't want to know bought a shed from them nothing fits were it's supposed to go, it's FLIMSY, not worth the money, it's says easy ASSEMBLY, not a chance. Ime brilliant with any slf assembly kits, but this one is the worse one I've ever come across, with no sevice support at all, can't get in touch with any one AVOID AT ALL COST,

I have tried to contact you a number of times. I purchased a 6 x 8 polycarbonate greenhouse from your company.
Delivery was to be in parts.
I received one, which holds the polycarbonate sheets.

The second parcel has never arrived. It has been sent to a CO2 postcode area.

You kindly sent a replacement which was also sent to a CO2 address.

The address on the first parcel was correct including the postcode.

In about 5 weeks' time I am due to have major surgery after which I will convalescing for 3 -4 months

I don't understand how 2 parcels from the same firm can have different postcodes on.

I can verify that it’s a good product for the purpose I use it for, and way cheaper than a timber shed!!
If I was storing something of value and there was a risk of breaking and entering, then I wouldn’t rely on this.

The product (greenhouse) arrived four days after my online order. Arrived in two boxes at different times of the day. On opening the boxes and checking the material, I found that several parts of the metal frame were damaged/deformed. There were also three parts missing. The quality is very poor! Very thin metal frame that would not withstand a bit of wind. The polycarbonate panels are disappointingly thin which would not hold in place if you touched it or the wind would blow it away. Overall poor quality material and due to the problems I mentioned above I had to request a refund.

delivery was excellent, all the pieces were well packaged and all there. As long as the instructions were adhered to everything matched up perfectly. Took my grandson and myself roughly 12 hours to assemble. I am disabled so was just a support act. Very pleased with the end result and would recommend to anybody with a little DIY skill. Repeat : follow the instructions! Thank you.

I bought garden shed and it was quiet big and i asked deuba to arrange collection for me.They did free collection and i got full refund in couple of days. I really appreciate them.So helpful.I would definitely recommend them.Hope to order again soon.

Purchased an air conditioner from DeubaXXLUK because it was the best price I could find to meet our requirements. Best of experiences! I was kept fully informed thoughout, delivery as advised and in perfect condition. Used during our hot spells and worked perfectly.

I have placed several orders worth £680 on 18/09. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ITEM!!!! evri have said they have delivered and showed a black image as proof of delivery. Evri have also said that the delivery was refused. (which it was not as delivery was not attempted!!!!) Evri have said they are returning the order and have no status on the return. I have tried to contact duebaxxl on their useless contact portal and have heard nothing back!!!I have not received a refund. It has been a month and I have no goods, no info from Evri, and nothing back from Duebaxxl. SORT IT OUT!
